myApps is a one stop shop for the agency end user
community; providing access to wvOASIS Budget,
Financial, HRM, Payroll and Kronos applications. It’s
also the access point to Employee Self Service (ESS),
as well as training and meeting materials and the
system maintenance calendar.
Vendor Self-Service (VSS)
VSS is a full-service application allowing vendors to view and act on bid opportunities, as well as view their completed payments. The West Virginia Purchasing Bulletin, which lists all bid opportunities expected to exceed $10,000, is accessible via the VSS application. A search feature is available to help narrow the search for bid opportunities that may be of interest to each particular vendor.
